justaprettyfaceHas it really already been a week since I arrived? I can hardly even believe it! The university is everything I ever dreamed it would and more.
I was a bit worried at first that someone might recognize who I was right away but no one has. I'm telling everyone that my name is Elle, since it's close enough to my real name that I should pay attention when they're talking to me. And, of course, I have a whole new set of clothes that are something that a regular scholar would wear. I miss some of my old gowns and jewels but I definitely think the sacrifice is worth it. I just want to be like everyone else.
And I'm learning so much too. It's so much better than lessons back home because here everyone knows so much. And one day, I will too. I've met some really smart and amazing people. And I've been able to see Luke, my old tutor, as well though not very much since we're both so busy.
It's just so amazing. It's the best thing ever, absolutely the best!
